Storing instructions: Pizza bases and dough balls can be stored frozen for up to 1 year before use.


Romana Pizza Bases Cooking Instructions:

Please be aware that cooking instructions are a guide and different ovens will perform differently.


To cook in a pizza oven. Defrost pizza base before applying sauce, cheese and toppings. Cook for around 2-3 minutes until the base is nicely browned and the cheese and toppings are cooked through.


To cook in a convection or other oven. Defrost pizza base before applying sauce, cheese and toppings. Cook on a high heat for around 3-5 minutes until the base is nicely browned and the cheese and toppings are cooked through.


Pizza Dough Ball Cooking Instructions:

1. Allow dough balls to defrost, ideally overnight in the chiller in covered dough trays. Once defrosted, dough can be kept in the chiller for up to 3 days before use.
2. Allow dough to come to room temperature for around 3 to 4 hours before use.
3. Once dough is proved and ready for use, remove the dough ball from the tray, cover with dusting flour and shape by hand into desired size.
4. For best results, cook in a pizza oven at a high temperature for around 2 minutes.


Delivery information:

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders received before 11am will normally be dispatched on the same day however this cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is placed you will receive confirmation along with an invoice. You will also receive confirmation and delivery updates from our courier on the day of delivery.


It is extremely important that you check the delivery address is correct before confirming your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address where the address has not been correctly inputted. Please check both the business name, street address and postcode are all accurate before placing your order.


Please also ensure that there is likely to be someone available to take the delivery on the day. Our courier will aim to leave your delivery in a safe place if this is not the case, but we cannot be responsible for any lost packages where nobody has been available to take the delivery.


99% of our orders are delivered without issue, however things do go wrong occasionally. If your order is either lost or delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, we will replace it upon request.
